Restorative Yoga

Please bring your Yoga mat and be sure your personal skill set allows for a floor based practice.


Restorative Yoga borrows from the
Yin Yoga technique and focus’ on gently lengthening overused muscles, restoring range of motion and calming the mind.

FWDA will open by 12:50 to allow time to sign in and get comfortable.

$15 per class.
Venmo, ApplePay, all major credit cards and checks are accepted.
